Priscilla has managed finances at the firm for a decade. She has more than 25 years of experience in administration for manufacturers, construction, wholesale and professional services.

Priscilla volunteers at the Samaritan Center and with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She was a finalist in the CNY Business Journal's 2010 CFO of the year. Priscilla brings a unique view of family business finance as she ran the finances for her father's family business, Packaging Supply Co. Inc for many years. She is a graduate of Niagara University with a bachelor's in business administration. Priscilla is trying to enjoy her new Kindle considering her home is filled with the noise of her three children, her husband, and a new puppy!

Sarah Iole

Sarah has directed our strategic marketing + business development initiatives that include client relationships, marketing + branding, public relations and community involvement for five years.

She brings more than 20 years of business development expertise and marketing savvy to her role at the firm.

With a strong commitment to community service and leadership, Sarah serves as chair for the Board of Directors for Father Champlin's Guardian Angel Society, she is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse and active alumni. Sarah is a member of the Sales and Marketing Professional Services organization and the Strathmore Neighborhood Association. She has volunteered and held positions with various organizations including: The Onondaga Historical Association, American Heart Association, and Tip Club of Syracuse. She is a recipient of the Central New York – 40 Under Forty honor and the Distinguished Sales and Marketing Executives Award.

Sarah holds her bachelor's degree in education from SUNY Cortland and University College, Cork, Ireland. She resides in Syracuse's historic Strathmore neighborhood and enjoys renovating old homes, travel, her country and loves entertaining family and friends. If you ever want to throw a party Sarah's your girl!

Jeff Cooper

Jeff Cooper, Information Technology Manager

Jeff oversees continuing development, maintenance and support of hardware, software and network infrastructure as well as our telecommunications and security systems.

He ensures we adhere to the most progressive standards in CAD/BIM, Document Management, and other disciplines, and is responsible for enabling smooth technological interactions while maintaining our security, data integrity and staff efficiency.

Jeff and his family are members of WCNY, the SPCA, the MOST and the Rosamond Gifford Zoo. He lives in Dewitt, NY with his wife and daughter.

Steve Tarolli

Steve has managed human resources for more than five years. His responsibilities include: recruitment, training and professional development, benefits administration, policies, performance, employee relations, and compliance.

He has more than 10 years of professional experience and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. He received his bachelor's in industrial relations from Le Moyne College. Steve lives in Syracuse with his wife and enjoys SU basketball, traveling throughout Upstate, and home improvement projects that he never finishes.
